Encouragements

While back in the States this summer many people asked for ways that they could encourage us.  One way would be to leave a comment here, or you could send us a care package.  It is so encouraging to get anything in the mail.  If you would like to send something small ex. letter, DVD's, or light magazine you can send that to this address:

Mark & Gretchen Bullock-Mercy Ships
M/V Africa Mercy – Dental

Via Crew Mail
15862 State Hwy 110 N

Lindale, TX 75771

A Note from Mercy Ships website about Mail: Letters, packages, etc will be forwarded regularly to the ship. Please advise your family and friends that it could take several weeks for mail to reach you in West Africa. If we are sent packages (or anything over 1 ounce), we will be charged $8.80/ pound ($0.55 per ounce).

We humbly request that if you send us something over a few ounces in weight that you include a check for postage cost, or you can send heavier care packages to this address:

  1. I was happy to learn the boys are excited about, and looking forward to school.

For your sons to see their parents working to improve the lives of less fortunate people; to see the effects healing and hope can have on others...is a life lesson no school curriculum can ever teach.

I really enjoyed your (great!) presentation at St. Pauls in Abilene, and learning of your mission. It was plain for all to see the two of you make a great team.

So Mark, Gretchen and boys, as you go through your daily routine today, know that you have people back home that are very proud of you, appreciate the sacrifices you each make, and look forward to hearing more of your adventures.

    Sincerely
    Joe Gesting
    Abilene

    1. Thanks Joe, I know you wrote this awhile back but I was having a hard day and it still encourages me.
